Drive-Thru Nutrition

I was checking out some of the stuff i normally eat at fast food places and here are some of the stats (keep in mind i do order custom, so some of the actual calories may vary from what i eat. Also i do not get the fries or drink 95% of the time.)...

I learned that Subway has a ton of sodium in their food, i'm glad i never get salt on it at the end haha. Subway also has a lot of carbs as well. It looks like the chicken from McDonalds is the healthiest way to go...although the nuggets themselves aren't super healthy. As I'm burning alot of calories everyday, the calories aren't too important but high sodium intake can be dangerous.

  1. This was a total shock for me! I expected subway to be the healthiest by far! They always have advertisements saying they are a healthy choice!
