The whole bog experience was, well...a chore. I don't use facebook, twitter, or instagram, etc. So this was basically having me chronical my thoughts and opinions online in way i've been avoiding for years. It really sucks the time from your life to sit at the computer and type nonsense. I'm not saying i'll be more productive on my own all the time, but gosh i'm sure i'd be doing something slightly more fun. Some people like to post for the attention, others because they have the need to share useless stuff that most don't want to hear. All in all it was better than most class hw assignments. So i actually liked it as homework, but it is not something i would do for fun at all. It was work for school and that's the bottom line. It's better than writing papers, questions out of the book, and etc.

Kids Off Drugs
Just like south park says...Although the writers are most likely on drugs haha. You really do wonder as a parent how to keep your kids off them when drugs have become so mainstream. It's practically weird if you don't smoke pot nowadays...You see medical marijuana stores advertised in popular coupon ads, a rave isn't a rave unless 80% of people there are taking ecstasy, parties need to have alcohol, and a typical hangout includes a bong. What do you tell your kids? They are going to see these things often unless you want your kids growing up socially akward...i guess they might not be exposed as much. You just have to let them know what these things can do to your body and why they're bad. Smoking kills your lungs; plus it hinders your ability to run in sports because of lung damage. Marijuana can cause short-term memory loss, spaciness, and reduced response time. It will make school harder because studying becomes more difficult, difficulty with quick response sports and if your zoning out on the job...employers won't like you. Who cares right? Your peers think your cool, but are you really making much of life for yourself when your f***ing your brain up? lol These are things kids should know and you have to be blunt about it.
Drive-Thru Nutrition
I was checking out some of the stuff i normally eat at fast food places and here are some of the stats (keep in mind i do order custom, so some of the actual calories may vary from what i eat. Also i do not get the fries or drink 95% of the time.)...
2. Chicken Sandwich
3. Black Forest Ham
4. Double Quarter Pounder With Cheese
5. Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger
6. Cold Cut Combo
I learned that Subway has a ton of sodium in their food, i'm glad i never get salt on it at the end haha. Subway also has a lot of carbs as well. It looks like the chicken from McDonalds is the healthiest way to go...although the nuggets themselves aren't super healthy. As I'm burning alot of calories everyday, the calories aren't too important but high sodium intake can be dangerous.

Introduction
Better late then never i guess. I thought setting up the blog was the first assignment, so i'm a little behind on this. Anyways...I'm an old man of 21 years. I rarely wear hats, I have pair of legs, arms, feet, and hands. I play a lot of basketball. My favorite teams are boston celtics, denver nuggets, and portland trailblazers. Sometimes my teams change, for instance I loved phoenix back when they had stoudemire. I'm good with computers, i eat unhealthy and i work out quite a bit. I work 2 jobs, usually 7 days a week. I a thrill seeker, i love going to six flags, exploring new place, sometimes drinking a few too many. That's all you get...

Stress Reduction
Personally, I don't have much stress. I generally prepare myself and work hard to decrease the possibility of stress. I also play sports to reduce stress. There is one thing I do like to do though on rare instances when something stressful happens...I simply take a few deep breaths and reassess the situation from start to finish and weigh my options. If my options don't look good, I'll ask for a 2nd opinion. Then be proactive and fix the problem that is causing stress. I perform this at work when trying to meet deadlines. I do this in sports when the game is on the line and I have to make the play. I do feel physically, emotionally, and mentally relieved after I defeat the stress with this method and I will continue to use it in the future.

Six-Words
I took me little while to think of exactly six words that actually meant something; that had substance.
I finally came up with
I finally came up with
"Live Life Without an Instruction Booklet"
Makes sense right? At least to me, i don't think one should plan everything out in your life. Just take things as they come and how you handle these moments define who we are. Go with the flow and i believe you will get more fulfillment out of life. Don't always restrain yourself with preconcieved notions and perceptions. Don't always have a game plan, sometimes it's best to take the ride like space mountain at disneyland and let it take you into the unknown.

Love Language Quiz
I took the quiz and it basically tells you the type of things in relationships that are important to you.
Mine basically had a 3 way tie out of the 5 options haha.
words of affirmation- had a slight edge with 1 point more
quality time and physical touch- tied on the list
These are import because people like to hear that they feel loved and that the mean something to their loved one. If you like someone it should be natural to want to spend time with them and be close and show some passion for each other through touch.
